I have really enjoyed your site and all the information you have sent me. I am in the process of trying to raise my puppy and the housebreaking is going great. Hi Nancy,

... Sixteen months ago we had to put our loved, Bailey, to sleep. This was very difficult and we still miss him so. Anyway, the reason I subscribed is because I can acknowledge the mistakes we made with Bailey and I want so much to learn as much as possible with our new puppy. I didn't have to house train Bailey so I really don't know what I'm doing, but so far, I have learned so much that I believe will help us train a happy dog. The information on pet insurance is very helpful, especially after looking at other sites. Everyday I read more because I want to be prepared to make this a wonderful experience for my daughter who is so anxious to have a new friend. Keep the information coming, I am so pleased to have this source of information, other's experiences and opinions to teach me along the way.

Dear Nancy,

I could have never imagine how much useful and how much information I was going to be getting. Going through the book has allowed me and my family to understand our Ma Cherie a lot better and to make the transition from her breaders to her new family as smooth and non traumatic for her, but at the same time, giving her the structure that she needs. So far, we have being very lucky with the way she is responding to all of your sugestions. I wish we could have a book like this for when we are going to be parents for the 1st. time! Well...reality is that our previous "baby" Pepe Le Pue, and now Ma Cherie, we treat them and love them like our kids.

Having subscribed to your Training Institute has being a great experience and we highly recommend it to anyone that is in the process of getting a puppy or even and adult dog to join your Institute. Your membership site has been a great over all help to my husband Dick and me. It had been 15 years since we had had a pup, and bring up our old dog, we had no guidelines so everything was by trial and error. With all of the the great advice offered on your site, as well as the blogs by other people, we did not feel that we were alone with our problems. We potty trained our little Gracie very easily and quickly with your crate training method, and she felt secure immediately when we brought her home and slept throughout the night with her crate beside our bed as was mentioned on your site. Gracie had problems nipping at peoples feet when we first go her and we were afraid she would upset Dick's elderly mother, so we began the "No Feet" command mentioned on your site, and removed her from the feet source immediately, and now she knows that this is not acceptable behavior. Now we are anxiously awaiting the nutritional guidelines, ....
